Camp Registration
We are so glad that you decided to spend your summer with us and we would like to make the enrollment process very smooth for you. Below you will find two forms in a PDF format. Please print and fill out the two forms for each of your children attending, then send it to us with cash or check for the Registration and Activities Fee.
Registration Fee: $60
Registration Fee – Infants & Ones: $20
Registration and Activities Fee – (2 year olds & up): $60
*Forms must be delivered with payment to the camp office to complete registration.
Have children in K-9th grade? We can help. Make your child smile, by registering them at Camp Calvary! We are conveniently located in the Same building as Happy Day Learning Center & CCA.
